With a flourish, she sat down
Sparkling smile for all –
She’s the super star in town!

ABOUT ME
Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...
How sweet 👌

Thanks so much, Calen. She is a keeper all right. 😀
Ohmygoodness! She is a sweetheart, for sure. And look at that smile. Lovely.
One of my great granddaughters – four years old. This is a first for me to post my sweeties. I’ll probably have to find an excuse to the others. Thanks so much for comment.
bEAUTIFUL POST, YOUR GRAND DAUGHTER IS ADORABLE.
Thank you. I’m glad you know this is not a canned picture. You’re sweet to let me brag outrageously.
Way to go Oneta! 😀
I just answered but I guess I blew it away somewhere. Anyway I thank you for the lovely words for my sweet great granddaughter.
A lovely child, a lovely photograph, and a lovely poem. J.
Thank you very much. She is a sweetheart.
Lovely smile, Thanks for posting beautiful photograph. God Bless your sweet and precious great granddaughter!
Thank you, Faye. Holding to the promise of God that our children will be blessed. I try to cast aside the fears for them for the future. But the love and care of God is not lessened for his little ones.
I heart the poem ^_^
its like some reverse haiku but instead of 5-7-5 syllables you used 7-5-7 Syllables
and yes I counted hahaha

PS your great granddaughter is a star ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★
You are right about the haiku, Beaton. I forgot. Thanks, it will make me more careful next time. I am happy for the critique – especially since you give glowing remarks about my pretty little star! 😀
Thats ok I forget to count too… and then I say it was simply a 3 line poem and no one will ever know Hahaha
cheers
^_^
