About oneta hayes

ABOUT ME Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...

Yes, that picture will do that! My husband brought in some beautiful lemons yesterday so I sitting here right now with a lemonade close by – a lemonade I’m drinking. Thanks for the link. I just left your place a few minutes ago. As always you stir my thoughts. I often think, “Now why didn’t I say that.” Keep going, girl. I’m not so far behind telling you to sic’um. 😀

Thanks, I actually crawled off the Reader and visited your Real blog it is nice to visit!

😀 I don’t do much off the Reader-I like the e-mail. The Reader does get me some Readers immediately for a few minutes, but it doesn’t take long to scroll on past. So if I use Reader I wonder how much I miss just because I leave to wash my dishes, or some other necessary reason.

Love lemonade. You are an encouraging blogger Oneta, and visiting your site is my joy (at least four times a week), Not sure how to post a link is it https://passionatecreativechristian.wordpress.com/ Never mind you keep on blogging dear, I’ll keep reading, commenting and doing my own posting. Cheers!

  3. So happy to be among these wonderful bloggers! Thank you, Oneta! ❤

I haven’t been able to access a lot of the blogs myself in the last few days because I was on a trip and internet signal was sparse. Otherwise, it wouldn’t had taken me this long to reach your post. Thanks for the mention. I’ve always enjoyed reading your wise words and humor, Oneta, and I understand the frustration of not being able to access one’s email. Anyway, enough yapping, here’s my link: 🙂

I am honored to be included on such a prestigious list. I have too many blogs on my reader, so I rely on email as well. My link is https://salvageable04.wordpress.com/ . J.

  6. There’s nothing quite like online friends. Focusing on them is a great way to deal with a ‘lemon’ day. 🙂
