THANKS, BLOGGING FRIENDS

blogger

Dear Bloggers, it has been a while since I have said thank you and acknowledged some interactive bloggers.  Great blogging friends over a period of several weeks or even years ate listed in the first group.  If you like “likes” and comments, you will find active readers and commenters here.  Good blogs to read also.

This second group of bloggers are new to me.  I have just began a challlenge event with JusJoJan.  I believe these new bloggers visited me that group. However they found me, I was glad to find them back.  If visitors leave me crumbs or tracks I generally follow them home.  These people left “likes” which is a pretty good sign of an active blogger.  I love meeting new folks in the sphere.  So to these newcomers to me, welcome to my blog and enjoy the friends I have already made.

About oneta hayes

ABOUT ME Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...

  1. you are too kind and most generous in your sharing of the love Oneta—I appreciate it and will gander upon those you offer that I have yet to find myself—here’s to you my friend and how fortunate I have been to have found you–as I have already learned so much by sitting at your knee 🙂

Thankyou you adding me to your list of “Bloggers that are new to you”, I appreciate it very much.
All the best to you in 2018, may all your wishes come true.

    • oneta hayes says:

Oh, kiwinana, I would have had you in the first group: if I had recognized your blog name. However, I did go there to get your URL. I just goofed. You have certainly proved yourself a valued blogger friend to me.

  3. judyjourneys says:

Oneta, thank you for continuing to encourage me on my journey.

I think we met early in my blogging experience, and perhaps in yours also – fall ’14. I sure was glad to make some friends in that lonely time of blogging! I know you were one of them.

      • judyjourneys says:

Yes. I started blogging in February 2014. BTW, Oneta, did you receive my personal emails to you on October 27 and December 22 of last year?

        • oneta hayes says:

No, Judy. I don’t think so. Sometimes I get so far behind I give up and delete but it seems unlikely that I did that on those two particular days. (I probably dumped some Christmas week.) I’m on Outlook now. I don’t know how to tinker with it’s buttons! When I go to cox, I’ll try to check my spam. I get very few personal emails from my WP blog readers (three are all I remember.)

    • oneta hayes says:

I got them and responded. 😀

  4. Faye says:

Thank you Oneta. I value so much your presence as a dear Blogging friend.

  5. nickc324 says:

Thanks! You are so kind to mention me, and I am very happy to be a blogger friend! You do such a wonderful job with your blog and I always enjoy your posts.

    • oneta hayes says:

I felt almost like sticking you in the top list already, but it really hasn’t been long and I want to be fair. I think there will no holding you back however. 😀 At least I want a big enough spot in your blog friend space for you to remember me when you get that big settlement for eating bad ice cream. Bad ice cream?! Maybe you should just claim to have found someone’s missing finger in it. If you don’t live too far away, I’ll fly in to be a witness – for a generous percentage of course. 😀

  6. Salvageable says:

Thank you for your kind words. I always appreciate your visits, and I enjoy reading your posts as well. God’s richest blessings to you in this new year. J.

  7. Your kind words, wishes and prayers are heart warming. Greater heights to us all in 2018.

I’m in the midst of a group of “good” people. Thanks, slimjim, I’m glad to say welcome to this group – most of speak very well for themselves and are worth going for a visit 😀

  8. Dawn Marie says:

This is a wonderful thing you do for others, Oneta! What a beautiful example you are to so many of what a friend should be! Hugs n’ blessings for your example!!

  9. oneta hayes says:

I see you quite busy spreading good cheer around to a lot of these folks. Thanks.
