As the years go by,
Generations come and go.
Precious jewels of time!

My photo is not very plain but it does represent my TIME on earth. God made man and told him to populate the earth. This is a part of my obedience to that command. 😀 Husband lying on the couch at back wall; son in recliner with phone; grandson, on couch at the left; great-grandsons by the fireplace. Four generations at my home tonight. I like that. (The blond is my son’s wife.)

ABOUT ME
Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...

GLORY HALLELUJAH FOR HER ACTIVE OBEDIENCE TO GOD’S COMMAND! 😀
I only had two sons. If I had been fully obedient maybe I would have had sixteen! 😀 LOL
We each do what we can do….! 🙂
GOD IS SO PROUD OF YOU! ARE ALL HIS CHILDREN—ALL SAVED? 🙂
My sons and grandchildren all pretty much give testimony to salvation through Jesus Christ and the great-grands are being raised to love and serve Jesus. I’m thankful.
AMEN! Good for you!
oh so nice to see your family Oneta, lovely to have all the generations together … obviously male orientated … did you have any daughters? And time must really fly when you are all together 🙂
No daughters. Two sons. This is the younger; he and his wife are here quite often. My other son is about three hours away so don’t see them as often. One granddaughter comes with her family (husband & five girls) quite often. My two daughters-in-law are wonderful. I must say I had a hand in picking them. 😀 They love my sons and my sons are splitting proud of them. Both sons and their wives are together in their business endeavors.
oh that is most unusual to live and work together but obviously it works for them … so glad you have some girls there to share with 🙂
I’m thankful. Thank you.
you bought them up well!
Each of my sons and their wives have nutrition clubs. They are wise in health – in eating and in exercise.
ah then hopefully they will live as long as you with good health, how fascinating … and it is so trendy now 🙂
How nice, Oneta, thanks for sharing.
Thanks.
Your picture warmed my heart. I feel the same way about our clan. ❤
Thank you, Calen. Blessed families who can enjoy “nothing” together. Just a pleasure to be together. I, of course, was at the computer. Got up to snap the picture, then back to the blog. 😀
