I want to pay tribute to wonderful people I have known, the wonderful country in which I live, the communities in which I have lived, the churches who have claimed me as their own, the God who sends shivers down my back when I really give him a portion of my time—well, maybe not shivers but tears flow easily in some of those most priceless times.

that was a beautiful offering Oneta.
Lots to chew on.
You made me laugh, cry but more importantly, think.
Where is my faith and trust..?
Much to think about…
and I like that you wrote a letter.
I have always been one to write…letters, cards…and whom better to write than the Father and Savior…
Thank you for sharing something so private and personal.
And I love it—if you don’t have a doctor, why pay insurance…HA!!!!!
You just threw in the biggest monkey wrench into that democratic healthcare for all notion 🙂
And thus, you have a new platform for your candidacy!!!
But honestly—-thank you!
That’s good Inexpensive health care. Thanks, Jules. (More than one jewel.) As far as I know you are the first to ever read this except for the Lord. I think he peeked over my shoulder. We share much; I’m happy to share this. I see things there that answer some of my “Why” questions for the time I had to crumble. I must move on to that part of my story. It is not written anywhere so I must rely on memory and God’s guidance.
And FYI— I don’t drink enough water either and it might be part of the bad bloodwork I got back recently ( yeah, I have a doctor, a couple actually) and depending on what the new one my regular one is sending me to, might warrant a post soon 🙄😑
The last time I had lab work, the doctor told be to be thoroughly hydrated so my test would be more valid. So it does make a difference.
i’ll keep you posted
