Feeling bright and strong,
Avoiding plague of virus,
maintaining the fight.
Trying to do right
With food and exercise, and
Getting sleep at night.

ABOUT ME
Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...
I like what you have written. It sums up the quarantine much as it is. Thank You for sharing! God Bless!
Thank you. I am delighted with your kind words.
🙂
Sounds like you’re doing everything right ❤️
Trying hard to be good. 😀
Not much different than my usual life. I love to write, and I can work from home. It looks like a lot of companies might go to a work-at-home scenario. NY and NJ have the majority of the cases — they’re all packed together. Living in a place with fewer cases of the virus is a testament to country living.
We are in an area where most people try to observe the more conservative life styles of obeying our “elders” – actually our leaders. 😀 Pretty much country as opposed to big city.
great to hear. Keep on Keepin on…………Stay safe, be Strong, Trust God. He will see us ALL through. Blessings!
I’m sure we will have a turn around but it will probably take longer than I want. But it won’t be longer than God wills or allows. I don’t want to get in a great debate of God’s will or what he allows. 😀
Best wishes! Keep up the fight. Your plan sounds right.
I’m trying. Actually I like being home; I just don’t like having to be at home. 😀
I can understand that. 🙂
Nice to see that you are doing well in this situation 🙂
Are things holding together pretty well where you are? Thanks for coming over and leaving me a comment.
It has not become a big problem yet. But there is fear that the explosion in numbers is going to increase. Management is inefficient and people are careless, adding to the fear.
Maybe some of the lessons learned by early experience will help smooth things out if it hits you. Be careful and safe.
Hope so.
Thank you 🙂
Well, this is where we are these days. I like how you describe it.
Pat
It is unusual to have a new adventure in my life of 86 years. That’s how I’m trying to see it. I was quarantined with measles when I was a little girl. I was sick then. Glad I’m not now.
And that’s a very good thing😊
Pat
True. Good night, dear. Rest easy.
Amen! 🙂
It’s so good to know you’re alive and well. This is my own way of checking on you.
Thanks, Sweet One.
