I want to pay tribute to wonderful people I have known, the wonderful country in which I live, the communities in which I have lived, the churches who have claimed me as their own, the God who sends shivers down my back when I really give him a portion of my time—well, maybe not shivers but tears flow easily in some of those most priceless times.

I’m going back to Habakkuk for another look. You have great insight.
You will find a lot there. Please let me have nuggets you find. I have tomorrows ready with a couple more to come. I’d love your additions.
The book of Habakkuk amazes me. It is painful to observe injustice that appears to be so powerful. Habakkuk’s faithfulness at the end is breathtaking.
I love the way he is restored to faithful praise and prayer. My husband and I used to sing a song with the words at the last. I’ve always been renewed by it.
Can’t wait!!
Good stuff to come. Tomorrow’s not so much but necessary to knowing the ways of the Lord. And timely for our nation.
