HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CLYDE
To my one and only brother,
Just him, I’ve got no other.
Here’s how we got one another,
It’s cause we have the same dad and mother.
Just want you to know I have no druther
Than to have you as my little brother.
***************
Hi, Blogging and Facebook Friends. Just popped up to say Happy Birthday to my brother and to tell you all, “I’m not gone. Just on sick leave I guess you could say.” That reminds me of something I wrote once upon a time called, “I’m not sick, but I’m not well.” Maybe I’ll look. If I find it, I’ll post tomorrow. It might just be the thing I need right not. I’m still reading some. See you later.

ABOUT ME
Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...
Happy birthday, Clyde!
You would love my brother. He plays guitar like Roy Clark. You know where there is a melody and harmony, not just chording that one has learned in the last year when he began to see himself as a music minister. Well it is sufficient and a blessing in God’s eyes I’m sure.
Get well, sweet Oneta and happy birthday to your brother.
Thank you. I’ve had UTI a few days; then I developed sciatica so I’ve been right uncomfortable, actually miserable. 😀
Oh dear, I know the feeling. Hope you are on the mend soon. I’ve been fairly healthy physically through all this pandemic stuff, but I’m depressed and bored.
Yes, and I can’t write anymore. I can’t meet people. My best writing is about people. No new experiences. Still avoiding politics to allow Pres. Biden to “unify” us. Don’t even know what’s funny anymore. …. Hold it right there. Does that sound like Jesus or the enemy? 😀 We likely do have something worth writing if the devil wants to shut us up so badly.
Pick me out some past blogs and do them again.
You and I have met a lot of people over the years.. even though we don’t get to see them now. They are still part of our memory and we can still share the memories. If all else fails we pull out an old post.
Yep— happy birthday to Clyde— although it is now a waning birthday upon my response— and get well my friend- or better, or happy— whichever fits!!
I’ll take some of all. 😀 How do people endure without the Savior? Just a peek at Him always lifts me up. Thanks, Julie.
A life line oh so needed!!
Happy birthday to your brother Clyde.
Hope you are well soon. Take care and stay safe.
Trying to get by while healing occurs. Tylonal helps. Thanks.
Hugs and kisses to keep you warm. Take care.
How do people ensure through life without the Saviour and the Reason for Being. Take care, dear Oneta. Rest in HIS healing GRACE. See you again soon.
Happy birthday Clyde! And get well wishes to you Oneta!
