SOME DAY I WILL SING AGAIN

Today I can’t sing, I can’t dance, I can’t ever fall on my knees.

But some day I will be:

Falling at His feet

Rising from my knees,

Dancing in joyful praise

Rejoicing before His throne

Singing my love song

Fulfilling my destiny.

Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. For today, I will go to my local church body, demonstrate my love for them, offer support and be thankful I am not alone.

About oneta hayes

ABOUT ME Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...

Oneta, I, too, have been concerned about “forsaking the assembling of ourselves together” as a result of Covid restrictions and online streaming of services. One lady told me that it was so much more convenient to stay at home and fold clothes while listening.

When I stay home, I sit and heed the service; however, it is so easy not having to get dressed and go. Besides I can hear much better. It is very tempting to not go. But I know that is not best plan for us. The local church importance is particularly significant through Paul’s writings and ministry.
