It would be extremely remiss of me to not acknowledge why June 30 is Anniversary Day of my New Life! I have new readers who might not know. Here is my post link for Why Me, Lord which tells of my medical issues on that day. https://onetahayes.com/2019/08/18/why-me-lord/
Those who have read my story before can take a choice, read and rejoice with me, or good read how good the Lord has been to some other blogger!
However, if you haven’t read the story of my “near-death experience,” you will not really know much about what makes me tick. I will have a second part tomorrow in which I tell what happened during the critical hours of June 30, 2013.

ABOUT ME
Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Once upon a time in a little house on a prairie - oops, change that lest I commit plagiarism - and change that “house on the prairie” to “dugout on the prairie.” So my story begins...
Thank you for sharing and I am sure you will enjoy good health . Regards
Thank you so much for your sweet words. Blessings to you and may you find much joy in Jesus in your future walk with him.
There are LOTS of us who are happy Father decided to keep you here for a while longer to bless us! May He continue to use you till the very day He has assigned to call you Home. I look forward to seeing you around the Throne of the Lamb, to sing His praises with you. Even though I am much your junior, I may get there before you! ❤️&🙏, c.a.
What a kind and encouraging thing for you to say. I am indeed blessed and it is my goal to be a blessing by proving that being old and unhealthy means nothing to the Lord. If I am just obedient to him, he has me moving in adventurous ways. Pleasing him is greatly pleasing. I’m glad you are learning that early in life. Being young has such pressing obligations!
Not sure about how “early” I am; I AM 70! 😅
I have a son who is now 68! Yikes!!!!
Did you want to adopt another? Only two years older?! 😂
You’re just looking for more help to clean your basement. I could do that ‘mom” job but I can’t get down the stairs. 😀
Anita and my daughter did it once, partially anyway, several years ago.
Now I plan to give away a lot of my tools that I will no longer need. Would you like a framing nailer? 😁
So glad you’re still with us, Oneta! 🙂♥️
It is good to be together, isn’t it? Thanks for the comment.
