REMEMBERING JUNE 30, 2013, part 2

FOR THE SAKE OF THANKING MY SAVIOR AND LORD, JESUS CHRIST, FOR GIVING ME THIS PRECIOUS EXTENDED LIFE SINCE THAT CRITICAL NIGHT.

The following link is to “I’m Glad I Did Not Die” which tells what I perceived while lying on that operating table.

About oneta hayes

ABOUT ME Hello. To various folks I am Neat’nee, Mom, Grandma Neta, Gramma, Aunt Neta, Aunt Noni, Aunt Neno, and Aunt Neto (lots of varieties from little nieces and nephews). To some I’m more like “Didn’t you used to be my teacher?” or “Don’t I know you from someplace?” To you, perhaps, I am a Fellow Blogger. Not “fellow” like a male or a guy, but “fellow” like a companion or an adventurer. I would choose to be Grandma Blogger, and have you pull up a chair, my website before you, while I tell you of some days of yore. I have experienced life much differently than most of you. It was and is a good life. I hope to share nuggets of appreciation for those who have gone before me and those who come after me. By necessity you are among those who come after me and I will tell you of those who came before. Hello, Oneta. I’ve read Why me, Lord? and I’m glad I didn’t die and I have to say, you are so blessed. 🥰

I am so glad you did not die at that time or I would never have met you. You have so much to offer as we continue to travel on this planet. God needs you here to do just that. I hope you have many more years ahead of you.

“I don’t believe death itself would have been painful or fearful.” Key thought! “For to me to live is Christ and to die is GAIN!!”
As noted before, Dear Oneta, there are many of us who are glad you are still here to provide wisdom from your life of living for Jesus, and to enjoy your smiling face. But we who know that Lord have no fear of death, though I do not enjoy the thought of any pain or decrepitude that may precede it. But if this life is just a vapor, such pain or aging aches will be hardly a spit! 😉
    daily prayers and love,
