Agatha and Gusta are out to impress King Qual. Somehow they have to convince him to loan them three times what the establishment is worth!
Agatha and Gusta gave orders three days ago to thaw all frozen foods, shine the pots, and make a big show because King Qual is expected to come eat with them; they even promised time and a half at overtime pay! It worked.
It might come to pass because Congress is considering a budget for how to use the five trillion borrowed last session. Can their loan be connected to climate control? Worth a try.

You’re right on all points. 😀 My thought process began by seeing the man and woman as being perturbed about something. Why? They are the owners and everything seems to be going well. Then, why are they bothered? Because they know the “busy establishment” is all fake. They are going broke! Who can help? Of course, King Qual who does represent big government with all its giveaway money. Now, do you see how I arrived at this story? Fictional, political statement? Yes.
Makes a whole lot of sense, doesn’t it?

Gov has one resource that we common people do not. We earn it or borrow it; government takes it (taxes) or prints it.
